2011 Kia Picanto replacement rendering and Information
The replacement for the current Kia Picanto is plans to debut in Geneva autoshow in march 2011. the major change will be the style which control by Peter Schreyer (the designer of New Beetle, Golf MK4 and Audi TT)
The model should provide five-star Euro NCAP, to have a design more attractive and more modern engines. Subsequently will be introduced and an electric version.
some source report that there will be a 3-door version of the Picanto to offer . Mechanically there’s speaking of a diesel engine development to 78 or 80 hp with stop/start system and the arrival of a new 1 liter petrol which would offer 69, 80 and 110 hp.there will be introduction pf a “sport” ( 3 door ) of 110 hp.and electric version arrive in 2014
The Picanto 2 will hit showroom in second half of 2011
