According to AutoExpress, Volkswagen is plans a coupe variant for Golf. A VW Golf CC can be a winning model for VW , because the current market they’re only medium or large luxury maker such as Audi’s A5 Sportback, forthcoming A7 or Mercedes’ CLS to be in 4 door coup? body.
The next generation Golf CC have a length of about 4.5 meter nearly the same as Vw jetta .build from the same philosophi as Passat CC
The standard 7 th generation Golf is planned for 2012 and will depart from the current model. Volkswagen plans to develop new and unexpected vehicles that move away from the classic hatchback, creating a family of vehicles that stem from the original standard. that means the new 7th generation Golf to be revolution from current 6th generation Goft. the new 7 th generation Golf is to build in cooperation with Suzuki just like Mazda 3 and Ford Focus.the Suzuki C-segment will arrive market in 2013.
AutoExpress report that the 2014 Golf CC will technically be a saloon due to its four door layout, but to the eye the CC’s signature coupe like profile will its arched roofline and tapering rear window will make it appear to be a much sportier ride. The Golf’s theme of practicality will continue on the inside thanks to space conscious folding rear seats to maximize usability and at the same time the interior of the smaller Comfort Coupe promises to be a bit more luxurious than the standard hatchback. The interior will feature more premium materials, too, distancing it from the cheaper hatchback version.
the engines and transmission will be the 1.4 TSI 122 Hp mate with six speed manual transmission, which will be standard on Golf CC. Four wheel drive ( 4Motion ) will be also available but only for 2.0 petrol engines (211 and 271 hp) and 2.0 diesel ( 170 hp).
